Return & Exchange Policy
At Computer Depot, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return and exchange policy is designed to provide a hassle-free experience for our customers.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 5 days of the purchase date for a full refund. All returns must be in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories. Please note that we cannot accept returns on software or consumable items, such as ink or toner cartridges.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number. Once you have received your return authorization number, you may ship the item back to us, following the instructions provided by our customer service team.
If you need to exchange your purchase for a different item, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. Our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement item and will provide instructions for shipping the original item back to us.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same credit card used for the original purchase.
